OM Metals Infraprojects Ltd allots 20,000,000 equity shares at Rs.60 per share to QIBs

OM Metals Infraprojects Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 23, 2007, has allotted 20,000,000 equity shares of Rs 1 each at Rs 60 per share through QIP to 18 Qualified Institutional Buyers.
