Moldtek Technologies defers allotment of shares

Mold Tek Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2010, has deferred the allotment of Equity Shares to Mold-Tek Plastics Ltd., RMM Global LLC and Technet Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. on Preferential basis, as the In-Principle approval from the Stock Exchange is yet to be received.

The allotment of the shares will be considered on receipt of In-Principle approval from the Stock Exchange.

The stock was trading at Rs.59.25, up by Rs.1.30 or 2.24%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.59.75 and low of Rs.57.85.

The total traded quantity was 5510 compared to 2 week average of 12362.
