HEG to consider raising funds on Apr 08, 2010

HEG Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 08, 2010, inter alia, to consider the possibility of various options of raising funds to meet the long term capital requirements of the Company from domestic or international sources by way of issue of further shares / warrants and / or instruments / bonds convertible into equity shares or otherwise or such other method as the Board may decide and any other matter related thereto.
