Jayshree Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Management Committee of the Company at its Meeting held on March 29, 2010, inter alia, has made an allotment of 2,39,94,374 Rights Equity Shares at a price of Rs. 15/- per share including a premium of Rs. 5/- per share as per the Basis of Allotment approved by the stock exchange.
