Firstobject Technologies completes preferential issue at Rs 45

Firstobject Technologies Ltd got the approval for the preferential allotment in the EGM and M/s. New Age Capital Partners along with Promoters and PAC, are the contributors for the Preferential Allotment and post preferential the equity dilution will be 4.30%. M/s. New Age Capital Partners are joining as PAC along with the Promoters.

Commenting on the preferential allotment, Dr. Vivek Hebbar, Chairman of the Company stated that, with the addition of "New Age Capital Partners", under PAC along with the Promoters and PAC, the Company is going to get strengthened.

The Firstobject Technologies stock was trading at Rs.29.80, down by Rs.0.65 or 2.13%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.31.70 and low of Rs.29.50.

The total traded quantity was 54951 compared to 2 week average of 83997.
