Mohit Paper Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 22, 2010, have allotted 6,66,667 Equity Shares to the persons included in the Promoters Group pursuant to the conversion of 1st Trench of Convertible Warrants earlier allotted on Preferential basis.
