Axis Bank raises $350 million Senior Notes in the International Market

AXIS Bank Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Bank, on March 29, 2010, has approved the allotment of Senior Notes aggregating to USD 350 million under the MTN programme through its DIFC Dubai branch. The Notes will be listed at the Singapore Stock Exchange.

The stock closed the day at Rs.1199.70, up by Rs.8.05 or 0.68%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1215.40 and low of Rs.1189.

The total traded quantity was 212658 compared to 2 week average of 178072.
