Websol Energy Systems to approve coversion of warrants on Mar 31, 2010

Websol Energy Systems Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 31, 2010, to consider and approve the allotment of equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 140/- per equity share to M/s. Tysom Agencies Pvt. Ltd., forming part of Promoter group Company, consequent upon their option to exercise the conversion of convertible warrants.

The stock was trading at Rs.125.10, up by Rs.1.15 or 0.93%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.132 and low of Rs.125.10.
