Cupid converts 3,30,000 warrants into equity shares

Cupid Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 20, 2007, out of the pending 11,00,000 warrants, 3,30,000 warrants has been converted into 3,30,000 equity shares.
