Arihant Superstructures allots 14691000 shares

Arihant Superstructures Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 25, 2010, inter alia, have allotted 14,691,000 Equity Shares of the Company. The paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company post allotment is 14,940,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each aggregating to Rs 1494.00 lacs.
