Country Club India to consider fund raising proposal on Apr 01, 2010

Country Club India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 01, 2010, inter alia, to consider the various options to raise funds for the Company.

The Board will also consider preferential allotment to the Promoters and its associates.

The stock closed the day at Rs.16.25, down by Rs.0.25 or 1.52%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.16.70 and low of Rs.16.15.

The total traded quantity was 152370 compared to 2 week average of 210436.
