Hinduja Global Solutions allots 51220 shares

Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 25, 2010, has allotted 51220 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up to the employees of the Company at exercise price of Rs. 363.90 per share on exercise of the Stock upturns granted to them pursuant to the HTMT Technologies Limited Compensatory Employees Stock Option Plan 2006.

The stock was trading at Rs.446, up by Rs.5.95 or 1.35%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.454.35 and low of Rs.435.10.

The total traded quantity was 54108 compared to 2 week average of 4664.
