Core Projects allots 41875 Shares under Core ESOS 2007

Core Projects & Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its Meeting held on March 24, 2010, inter alia, has approved the allotment of 41,875 equity shares of Rs 2/- each of the Company to the eligible Employees / Director, on exercise of Stock Options granted under CORE Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOS) 2007.

The Paid-up Capital of the Company after the above allotment stands increased to Rs 19,71,92,582 comprising of 9,85,96,291 number of Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.249.60, down by Rs.4.60 or 1.81%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.258.95 and low of Rs.248.10.

The total traded quantity was 386764 compared to 2 week average of 1718177.
