ICICI Bank allots 32493 Equity Shares under ESOS

ICICI Bank Ltd has announced that the Bank has allotted 32,493 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on March 22, 2010 under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2000 (ESOS).
