ITC allots 2851820 Shares

ITC Ltd has announced that the Company on March 19, 2010 has issued and allotted 28,51,820 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each, upon exercise of 2,85,182 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from March 19, 2010, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 381,81,76,790/- divided into 381,81,76,790 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.261.05, up by Rs.0.60 or 0.23%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.261.55 and low of Rs.258.
