Glenmark Pharma allots 6100 Shares under ESOS

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors, at its Operations Committee of the Company at its meeting held on March 22, 2010 allotted 6,100 shares to the employees of the Company on exercise of options granted to them pursuant to ESOS 2003.

The stock closed the day at Rs.239.65, down by Rs.5.75 or 2.34%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.245.35 and low of Rs.237.55.

The total traded quantity was 168910 compared to 2 week average of 239593.
