Prajay Engineers Syndicate allots 8635084 equity shares on conversion of warrants

Prajay Engineers Syndicate Ltd has announced that, the Company at its Allotment Committee meeting held on March 22, 2010, allotted 86,35,084 equity shares on conversion of warrants.

The allottees include N Ravinder Reddy - 16,75,213 shares, D S Chandramohan Reddy - 26,83,760 shares, D Vijay Sen Reddy - 11,11,111 shares, Surbhi Saroj Kumar Jain 10,00,000 shares, Money Tree Media Ventures Pvt. Ltd - 19,10,000 shares and Ghanshyamdas Daualal Agarwal - 2,55,000 shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.27.60, down by Rs.0.60 or 2.13%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.29 and low of Rs.27.55.

The total traded quantity was 283895 compared to 2 week average of 136679.
