Nava Bharat Ventures allots 275590 Equity Shares

Nava Bharat Ventures Ltd has announced that the Employees Stock Option Scheme (Compensation & Allotment) Committee has allotted 2,75,590 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each under the Employees Stock Option Scheme of the Company on exercise of the vested options granted on January 05, 2007 @ Rs. 90.52 per option/equity share, including premium.

Further, consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up share capital of Company has gone up from 7,59,79,868 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each for Rs. 15,19,59,736 to 7,62,55,458 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each, for Rs. 15,25,10,916/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.391.35, down by Rs.10.90 or 2.71%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.403.75 and low of Rs.391.35.

The total traded quantity was 15481 compared to 2 week average of 53145.
