Neo Corp International allots 2775000 warrants

Neo Corp International Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 18, 2010, has allotted of fully paid 27,75,000 (Twenty Seven Lacs Seventy Five Thousand) Warrants convertible into 27,75,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 23/- each, requires FIPB approval. As the same has not been received thus the allotment will be done post FIPB approval.

The stock was trading at Rs.47.95, down by Rs.0.45 or 0.93%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.48.70 and low of Rs.47.95.
