The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 23, 2010, inter alia, to consider and issue equity shares / warrants to Brand Equity Treaties Ltd (BETL) / Bennett Coleman & Company Ltd (BCCL) on preferential basis and for deciding and approving the date of the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company for the same.
