Polytex India considers allotment of 8910000 shares

Polytex India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 18, 2010, has considered the allotment of 89,10,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each due to conversion of Warrants, issued under Preferential Issue.
