Chembond Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 17, 2010, have allotted 3180206 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each as fully paid up Bonus Shares to those members whose names appeared in the Register of Members on March 11, 2010.

The stock closed the day at Rs.145.40, up by Rs.4.40 or 3.12%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.154.65 and low of Rs.142.50.
