Jindal Hotels converts 1175540 warrants

Jindal Hotels Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 16, 2010, have converted fully paid up 11,75,540 Warrants of Rs. 20/- each into 11,75,540 Equity Shares and thereby allotted 11,75,540 Equity Shares to the warrant holders @ Rs. 10 each at a premium of Rs. 10 per share.

The stock was trading at Rs.46.60, down by Rs.0.45 or 0.96%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.49.40 and low of Rs.46.

The total traded quantity was 11203 compared to 2 week average of 19869.
