Bala Tech Global allots 240000 shares

Bala Techno Global Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 11, 2010, has allotted 240000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each on preferential basis, to the Promoters.

The allottees include City Desk Finance Pvt. Ltd. - 120000 shares and Cross Finance Pvt. Ltd. - 120000 shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.8.44, up by Rs.0.40 or 4.98%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.8.44 and low of Rs.8.38.

The total traded quantity was 2215 compared to 2 week average of 1506.
