Patni Computer grants options under Patni ESOP 2003 (Revised 2009)

Patni Computer Systems Ltd has announced that the Compensation & Remuneration Committee of Board of Directors of the Company has approved the grant of 110,000 Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") (including ADR Linked options) at a par value of shares i.e. Rs. 2/- per share to 8 eligible employees under the Company's Stock Option Plan ("Patni ESOP 2003 (Revised 2009)").
