Fortune Financial Services allots 16400 Equity Shares

Fortune Financial Services India Ltd has announced that the Remuneration / Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has in its meeting held on March 12, 2010 allotted 16,400 equity shares under FFSIL ESOP SCHEME 2006.

The allottees include Mr. Vishal Trehan - 7,700 shares, Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Mishra - 1,000 shares and Mr. B. B. Tantri - 7,700 shares.

The above referred equity shares have been allotted at Rs. 55/- per equity share (Rs. 10/- towards face value & Rs. 45/- towards premium) to the allottees who have exercised their options vested under the FFSIL ESOP Scheme 2006.

The stock was trading at Rs.115.70, down by Rs.5.85 or 4.81%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.119.20 and low of Rs.115.70.

The total traded quantity was 166 compared to 2 week average of 1051.
