Vakrangee Software updates on warrants issue

Vakrangee Softwares Ltd has clarified with reference to issue of 34,70,000 Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 60/- per share (through issue of warrants) on preferential basis, that the preferential issue would initially be effected through allotment of 34,70,000 Fully Convertible Warrants which would subsequently be converted in to equivalent number of Equity Share having Face Value of Rs. 10/- each on premium of Rs. 60/- each, convertible in one or more tranches at the sole option of the allottee at any time from the date of allotment but before expiry of 18 months from the date of allotment.

The stock was trading at Rs.77.75, down by Rs.1.25 or 1.58%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.80.35 and low of Rs.77.

The total traded quantity was 77036 compared to 2 week average of 279289.
