Vardhman Polytex to consider allotment of 6.6 lakh warrants

Vardhman Polytex Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 18, 2010, inter alia, to consider and approve the allotment of 6,60,000 Convertible Warrants on Preferential basis.

The stock was trading at Rs.48, down by Rs.0.15 or 0.31%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.51.95 and low of Rs.47.50.

The total traded quantity was 306 compared to 2 week average of 3073.
