HCL Technologies allots 725684 shares under ESOP

HCL Technologies Ltd has announced that The Employees Stock Option Allotment Committee of the Company has on March 12, 2010 allotted 7,25,684 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each, under the 1999, 2000 and 2004 Stock Option Plans of the Company. Consequent to the said allotment the paid-up share capital of the Company has gone upto 676,108,228 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 135,22,16,456/-.

The stock was trading at Rs.366, up by Rs.6.35 or 1.77%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.368 and low of Rs.359.

The total traded quantity was 48640 compared to 2 week average of 47532.
