Sakthi Sugars Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 13, 2010, has issued and allotted 431634 equity shares to Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius Pvt. Ltd. - FCCB AC by conversion of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds in terms of the Offering Circular dated May 15, 2006.

The Series of FCCB is A and the value of FCCB Converted is (in US$) 2,000,000. The Conversion Price Per Share is Rs.208.
