Modern Steel to consider allotment of warrants on Mar 20, 2010

Modern Steels Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 20, 2010 to consider allotment of warrants convertible into equity shares to Promoter & Promoter Group on preferential basis.

The stock was trading at Rs.31.10, up by Rs.1.35 or 4.54%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.31.85 and low of Rs.30.40.
