PFL Infotech to consider conversion of 11.50 lakh warrants on Mar 15, 2010

PFL Infotech Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 15, 2010 for the purpose of considering the conversion of 11,50,000 Warrants into equity shares of the Company.
