Nissan Copper to consider coversion of 14421000 warrants

Nissan Copper Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 16, 2010, inter alia, to consider the allotment of 14421000 Equity Shares arising out of conversion of Equity Share Warrants into Equity Shares.

The Board will also consider Audited Results of the Company for nine Months ended on December 31, 2009.

The stock closed the day at Rs.42. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.42.80 and low of Rs.41.85.

The total traded quantity was 12701 compared to 2 week average of 19488.
