Balrampur Chini Mills allots 70000 Equity Shares

Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 70000 equity shares of Re. 1/- each at a price of Rs. 45 per share (including a premium of Rs. 44 per share) on March 08, 2010 to the eligible employees under the Employee Stock Option Scheme.

The stock closed the day at Rs.111.05, down by Rs.0.85 or 0.76%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.114 and low of Rs.110.55.
