Religare Enterprises Ltd has announced that the Share Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of the Company, in its meeting held on March 04, 2010, has allotted 45,250 Equity Shares on exercise of stock options under the Employees Stock Option Scheme 2006 (ESOS) of the Company. The paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company post allotment is 12,78,13,752 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each aggregating Rs 127,81,37,520/-.

The stock was trading at Rs.376.80, up by Rs.1.30 or 0.35%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.379 and low of Rs.376.
