Filatex India Ltd allots 40 lakh Warrants at Rs 40

Filatex India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has, through resolution by circulation dated March 04, 2010, allotted 40,00,000 Warrants to be convertible into Equity Shares at an exercise price of Rs. 40 per share (including premium of Rs. 30 per share) to the Promoters / Promoter Group.

The allottees include Madhu Sudhan Bhageria (HUF) - 3,00,000, Purrshottam Bhaggeria (HUF) - 2,75,000, Madhav Bhageria (HUF) - 9,40,000, Azimuth Investments Ltd. - 12,65,000 and Nouvelle Securities Pvt. Ltd. - 12,20,000.

The stock closed the day at Rs.37.05, down by Rs.0.90 or 2.37%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.37.30 and low of Rs.37.05.

The total traded quantity was 4350 compared to 2 week average of 8383.
