S Kumars.Com allots 2825000 shares

S Kumars.Com Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 03, 2010, has allotted 28,25,000 Equity Shares on preferential basis to promoter Hanumesh Realtors Pvt. Ltd.

The Board has also clarified that M/s. Hanumesh Realtors Pvt. Ltd. is not required to make public offer as the said preferential allotment will not increase the shareholding of promoter group by more than 5%.

The stock closed the day at Rs.6.72, up by Rs.0.32 or 5%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.6.72 and low of Rs.6.72.

The total traded quantity was 9610 compared to 2 week average of 9870.
