IDFC grants 25000 Stock Options under ESOS

Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd (IDFC) has announced that on February 26, 2010, pursuant to IDFC Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007, the Company had granted to its employees 25,000 options equivalent to 25,000 equity shares at a price of Rs 159.60 per equity share.

The stock was trading at Rs.159.40, down by Rs.0.15 or 0.09%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.166.40 and low of Rs.158.80.

The total traded quantity was 1697010 compared to 2 week average of 1110065.
