Celestial Labs allots 589000 shares

Celestial Labs Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 26, 2010, has allotted 5,89,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each as Sweat Equity Shares to Dr. A. N. Singh, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company in lieu of compensation (part) for transfer of intellectual property rights in accordance with SEBI Guidelines.

The stock closed the day at Rs.32.55, up by Rs.0.10 or 0.31%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.33.30 and low of Rs.32.35.

The total traded quantity was 11438 compared to 2 week average of 25891.
