Pacific Cotspin seeks EGM approval for issue of equity shares

Pacific Cotspin Ltd has announced that an Extra Ordinary General (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on February 12, 2007, inter alia, to offer / issue / allot on preferential basis to the Promoters of the Company, as per details hereunder, 15,00,000 Equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a price which shall be calculated in accordance with the Preferential Issue Guidelines, out of the unissued Authorized Share Capital, as the Board at its absolute discretion decide in this behalf and on such other terms and conditions as the Board may in its absolute discretion think fit and decide, subject to neccessary provisions & approvals:

1. Sarda Mehra: 7,50,000 No of shares

2. Anita Mehra: 7,50,000 No of shares.
