Murli Inds allots 60 lakh shares warrants

Murli Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 25, 2010, inter alia, considered and allotted 60 lacs Share Warrants to the body corporate.

The stock closed the day at Rs.302.20, up by Rs.1.65 or 0.55%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.308.90 and low of Rs.300.10.

The total traded quantity was 6840 compared to 2 week average of 10087.
