Clutch Auto allots 2445000 warrants

Clutch Auto Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 25, 2010, have allotted 24,45,000 Warrants (Face value Rs. 10/-) at an Issue price of Rs. 50/- each (including premium of Rs. 40/- each), on preferential allotment basis to Mrs. Veena Mehta, belonging to the promoters group. The said warrants shall be convertible into equivalent number of equity shares, in one or more trenches.

The stock closed the day at Rs.58.15, down by Rs.0.70 or 1.19%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.61.75 and low of Rs.57.60.

The total traded quantity was 27730 compared to 2 week average of 96225.
