Religare Enterprises Ltd has announced that pursuant to the approval of designated Stock Exchange, for the basis of allotment of the rights issue of equity shares of the Company, the Issue Committee of the Company in its meeting held on February 24, 2010, has allotted 5,11,07,401 Equity Shares of the Company. The paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company post allotment is 12,77,68,502 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating Rs. 127,76,85,020/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.365.15, down by Rs.8.85 or 2.37%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.375.95 and low of Rs.363.
