Gruh Finance allots 18935 Shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Gruh Finance Ltd has announced that the Company on February 24, 2010, allotted 18,935 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees / directors.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company would stand at Rs. 34,71,15,430 consisting 3,47,11,543 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.200.75, down by Rs.3 or 1.47%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.206.90 and low of Rs.199.05.

The total traded quantity was 5355 compared to 2 week average of 28743.
