Allcargo Global allots 34000 Equity Shares under the ESOP Scheme

Allcargo Global Logistics Ltd has announced that the Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on February 24, 2010, has issued and allotted 34,000 equity shares of Rs. 2 each fully paid of the Company to its employees in exercise of options granted to them under 'Allcargo Employee Stock Option Plan 2006'.

With the aforesaid allotment of equity shares, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 249,622,530 divided into 124,811,265 equity shares of Rs. 2 each fully paid up to Rs. 249,690,530 divided into 124,845,265 equity shares of Rs. 2 each fully paid.

The stock closed the day at Rs.180, down by Rs.7.25 or 3.87%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.185 and low of Rs.178.

The total traded quantity was 14310 compared to 2 week average of 74831.
