Shri Ganesh Spinners allots shares on conversion of warrants

Shri Ganesh Spinners Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 23, 2010, issued Equity Shares in lieu of Convertible Equity Warrants issued on preferential basis to those Allottees from whom the full consideration for the Convertible Equity warrants has been received by the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.13.15, down by Rs.0.11 or 0.83%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.13.80 and low of Rs.12.65.
