Tatia Global Vennture receives FIPB approval for FII investment

Tatia Global Vennture Ltd has announced that the Company has received approval from Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB) on February 22, 2010 for approving investment into the Company by Foreign Institutional Investors to an extent of Rs. 22.80 crores by way of issue of 38 Lacs Preferential warrants @ Rs. 60/= each which was approved by the members of the Company in its Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on December 18, 2009.

The stock was trading at Rs.90.55, down by Rs.4.75 or 4.98%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.94 and low of Rs.90.55.

The total traded quantity was 960 compared to 2 week average of 3706.
