Kalpataru Power to raise upto $125 million

Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 22, 2010, has discussed about future business opportunity and growth plan of the Company.

To Support the future growth plans of the Company, Board has approved fund raising plan upto US$ 125 Millions or equivalent Rupees through QIP / Other Modes of follow on offerings, subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.1049.85, up by Rs.2.95 or 0.28%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1065 and low of Rs.1045.

The total traded quantity was 1454 compared to 2 week average of 1869.
