Hindustan Unilever allots 151136 Equity Shares

Hindustan Unilever Ltd has announced that the Committee of the Board, at its meeting held on February 22, 2010, has allotted 1,51,136 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each under ESOP, which vide Shareholder's Resolution dated May 29, 2006 is known as 'HLL 2006 Performance Share Scheme'.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased to 218,15,92,941 shares & the issued capital has increased to 221,18,28,713 shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.245, up by Rs.4.05 or 1.68%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.245.90 and low of Rs.240.

The total traded quantity was 152286 compared to 2 week average of 250552.
