Clutch Auto to consider allotment of warrants on Feb 25, 2010

Clutch Auto Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 25, 2010 for allotment of 24,45,000 Warrants on Preferential basis to Promoter.

The stock closed the day at Rs.62.10, down by Rs.1.30 or 2.05%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.65.50 and low of Rs.61.

The total traded quantity was 115507 compared to 2 week average of 97367.
